Paint shop automation
We completed a comprehensive paint shop automation project, during which we developed the concept and design of the automation system for the automatic painting line. We created electrical schematics for the distribution board and then prefabricated it. We developed control software for the line, which includes two painting chambers and two ovens. We conducted tests, training, and commissioning of the painting line, ensuring the client received full system functionality.
