Paint shop automation
We completed a comprehensive paint shop automation project, during which we developed the concept and design of the automation system for the automatic painting line. We created electrical schematics for the distribution board and then prefabricated it. We developed control software for the line, which included two painting chambers and two ovens. We conducted tests, training, and commissioning of the painting line, ensuring full functionality of the system for the client.

Automation of the raw material transport system
We developed project documentation for the AKPiA for the raw material transport system and then prefabricated the control and power distribution boards for the system, using G120 series converters. We integrated the new system into the existing mineral wool production line, connecting it with the client's infrastructure.

Robotisation of the welding cell
We modernised the welding cell by replacing the robot with a KUKA model and equipping it with a Fronius welding system. We developed welding programs, configured the vision system, and conducted tests, training, and commissioning of the application.

Palletising line for flour bags
We completed a multidisciplinary project for a palletising line (electrical and mechanical), prefabricating the control and power distribution board, building roller conveyors, details, pallet storage, chain conveyors, turntables, safety fences, grippers, and equipping the robot. We delivered components to the client, developed control software for the palletising line, wrapping machine, and roller conveyors, executed site installations, and conducted tests, operator training, and commissioning.

Cleaning line for bonded glass sheets
We completed a multidisciplinary project for a glass cleaning line (AKPiA and mechanical), conducting a risk analysis, prefabricating the distribution board with an operator panel, and building machines and devices (vertical glass conveyors, turntable, robot with a gripper). We used a 6-axis robot for depalletising and cleaning glass, an in-house automatic cleaning system, robotic loading of carts and conveyors, and a safety system (fences, locks, and curtains).
